Re: Update 2 Instance Cluster Dev Diary

Hey all - didn't get to log in tonight, so I thought I'd point out a couple things I found particularly intriguing with the Instance Cluster Dev Diary, whether typical or no.

Here's the link to the article:
Read something you lazy dwarf!

Quote: "Five different pieces of instanced content await you."

Is "instanced' word?? Well, I guess if Al Michaels and Chris Collinsworth can use a word like "defensed" in present participle on Sunday night with a straight face, then by all means... continue to slaughter the English language with careless nomenclature. (Malondwe has lost the trail.)

Anyway, the five different instances mentioned consist of ONE 12-person raid, TWO 6-person instances, and TWO 3-person instances.

We'll get to tackle 6 bosses in the raid.

Oh and check this out:

Quote: "This time around our meta-deed reward is visually distinct from other rewards we’ve given in the past. Keep your eyes open for players capable of tackling our greatest challenges. You might find yourself quite surprised by the reward!"

Quite interested to see what they have planned. Maybe we'll have bolts of lightning shooting out of our arses as we run around 21st while shouting "Who done it, who done it?!" Or perhaps a cosmetic Chaplin mustachio for our Dwarven Lore-masters. (I seenchoo!)

There's also mention of 2 different new armor sets: one set has two versions, a lessor and a greater, which pertain to the two different tiers of the new raid. The other set is spoken of briefly at the end:

Quote: "A second set of raid armour with different skill mods applied. This should satisfy those players wishing to support their non-traditional, non-group-focused trait line."

Indeed. Because "raid armour" as its called above should appeal to the non-group-focused player whaaat??
